Transgender Bolton councillor Zoe Kirk-Robinson, pictured, has accused a former mayor of ï¿½misgenderingï¿½ her after he repeatedly called her ï¿½heï¿½ and ï¿½himï¿½ instead of ï¿½sheï¿½ and ï¿½herï¿½ at a meeting.
