Driver sues over �criminal� late-payment fee on Port Mann Bridge tolls

A Burnaby man has filed a class-action lawsuit over a $20 fee charged to him for late payment of his toll debt on the Port Mann Bridge, a fee that he claims amounts to a �criminal� interest rate.
