War Horse is the stage and screen story of a horse from Wales that goes to France during the First World War. There is an equally moving but little known true story about a Canadian horse and her rider.

    This reminds me. I ought to go to God's Acre and take some pics of the old RN and RCN headstones. They are fascinating.

    The one beside the golf course ?

    The early ones up top are very interesting, full of character.


    There should be a guided tour at 2pm..


    Veterans� Cemetery Remembrance Tour 2 p.m. John Azar conducts his annual tour to Veterans graves, with his facinating stories of the people and their times, from the Crimean War to the present day.
