MONTREAL ï¿½ Eleven people were arrested Thursday after an anti-drug operation in north-east Montreal.

They haven't done anything to reduce the supply or the demand. All they've done is disrupt the distribution channels. That means they can look forward to more violence from gangs competing to control that turf now that it's a free-for-all.
