Canadian forces finish repairing Afghan irrigation system

MA'SUM GHAR, Afghanistan - Local Afghan workers, under the guidance of Canadian soldiers, have just finished repairing an irrigation system cut in two by a road built for a major offensive against the Taliban three years ago.
