When speaking to a group of children yesterday, Governor-General Micha�lle Jean got schooled herself - for mixing up her mountain ranges.

    not really, not a big mistake and like the article mentions, many people not from BC get this wrong.

    Back in grade school and high school it was all Rockies. I don't recall any others being mentioned and I considered myself a geography buff back then.
