North Korea has barred international inspectors from its Yongbyon reprocessing plant and plans to start reinserting nuclear material into the facility within a week, the chief UN nuclear inspector said Wednesday

    Watch as United Nations does nothing. Oh yes North Korea, you prevented us from going into your plant and insepect it. You are supplying it with nuclear material. The whole world now suspects you are buildings nukes, which is the most likely thing you are going to do but we at the United Nations would just like you to know that this won't go unpunished... we will take action against this by... Complaining to the United States.

    Dont forget the letter that says they are "Really Really annoyed by them and that they should let their inspectors in, or we will write another nasty letter"
