    Yup, that wingnut clearly is a known commodity for exactly this reason. It maybe the reason they keep him on is that he is good enough at his job and creates enough chatter to give plausible deniability on some of the more wild intel claims. Either that or he is too long in the tooth to bother getting rid of or both.
