I don't think judges can be sued for their decisions - only overturned on appeal. I'm not even sure you can sue a witness. The college of psychologists is already investigating this guy. But we know how those professions stick together.
As he said, he's busted paying for court costs so far, and having to pay for his wife's costs as well.
He won't be the face of change. The Charles Smith case led to far more egregious results, with people spending years in prison for supposedly killing their own child. He's moved to BC and is still practicing medicine, and the inquiry was mostly a CYA affair. Same with all the false convictions we've had over the years: Sopheno, Morin, etc etc - never leads to change. The masses still call for someone's blood, no matter the evidence, and the prosecutors and police are never punished for what they did.
Granted, All I know for sure is I wouldn't give up.
Can't sue the judge or the fraud doc then sue the government, Still have the petition out to remove the judge and hound every applicable member of parlament with letters from myself and everyone I know.
Reason thers never any change is because people either a) settle and give up or b) get frustrated and go away.
This is this mans life, I hoe he doesn't just give up.
Is there an appeal system for family court?
