I always forget Ontario did that. So, how common is it for women to go topless in Ontario these days? The idea still seems odd to me, but at the same time I see the reasoning behind it and generally agree that in time there won't be anything odd about it.

Legal in BC too. Unfortunately the attractive women don't usually take advantage of it.

There was a woman from Maple Ridge who made a big deal of cycling topless. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant sight. But just go to Wreck Beach if you want to see nekkid people.
