Someone should point out that it doesn't matter what the VPD wants.
It is not up to the citizens to make the police's job "easier".

Once again, wouldn't it be so goddam nice to hear a public official come out on TV and say, "We fucked up, steps are being taken so it won't happen again"?
Instead of in every single case, all banding together and insisting everything was done according to policy and absolutely no one did anything wrong or that 'policy' might be wrong.
Fuck no, policy can't be wrong! Policy is policy! Just like the law is the law. What was I thinking?

It'd be nice to have people think that 'Hey rioting is wrong, and I won't loot stores and vandalize the property of others. Maybe I should leave the area and head on home. Too many people focus on rights(some that really aren't rights) and not on their responsibilities in a civil society.

Had the police responded in a manner that would have quickly quelled the riot, we'd be having the usual tard crew suspects bitching about police brutality.
