Hell, I was bullied too. Some incidents took place in the presence of teachers who did nothing to intervene. It was seen as a "matter to settle amongst yourselves". Unreal that this is something that still hasn't changed over the years. I have zero tolerance for bullies.

Probably because since it happened on school property, they are acting under the direction of the school and there for the board. If anything occurs on that property, the school can get fucked.

Most parents would want justice for their child before immediate monetary compensation. If she was really serious about taking the bully, the school district and the teachers to task for this incident, you'd think she'd could wait until after the trial to seek financial retribution.

Does it matter? Why wait? If the "bully" gets nailed by the law, why wait till that's over to nail the school?

I saw teachers sit by and do jackshit, I saw administration do nothing when someone gets cracked over the head with a metal fucking object, I saw administration do nothing when one guy gets ganged up on by 10 fucking people, I saw administration do nothing when a kid gets his head smashed against a fucking wall that made such a loud noise that people 50 feet away heard it. I saw shit done by school admin and teachers that makes me sick. It's about time these fucking people got nailed for doing nothing. Tell, if you are walking down the street and a few guys are beating the shit out of someone, and no one is stopping, would you not want to take those people to task for ignoring it? I'm sick an tired of schools being completely fucking useless when it comes to out right abuse of the children.

You know what the problem is with schools and society is today? No one supports the notions of fighting back or someone stepping in when someone needs help. Its all bullshit lets coddle the little fuck that is being a POS...nothing on why he is a POS, maybe beat the parents senseless as well.

I got kicked out of many schools cuz of friends being beaten on, cuz they were different, usually meant small. My brother got it bad and he was two years behind so when I left elementary I would show up on the POS doorstep and have my bro in tow and ask to speak to there children. they always coughed up there kids and I always gave back...parents back in the day were real...maybe not perfect but real.

It is the same with my sons today...protect your own...that means family and friends...and a stranger that is being hurt. The schools have never liked it but screw them I pay taxes for my kids to go there I expect my kids to be safe...If I have to supply the security I will.
